摘    要:农产品初加工是现代农业的必要流程,是农产品精深加工的重要基础。农机系统开展的农产品初加工主要是以田间种植作物为主的产地初加工,在农业机械全程、全面、高质和高效发展中,仍为短板和弱项。论述了农产品初加工的发展历程及现状、农机系统开展农产品初加工的重点和特点及抓好农产品初加工的措施,并提出农机系统应结合资源优势,分5种模式建设为农民服务与为农业生产服务的“小型、便民、省钱和安全”的农产品初加工点。

Abstract:Primary processing of agricultural products is a necessary process of modern agriculture and an important basis for intensive processing of agricultural products.Primary processing of agricultural products carried out by agricultural machinery system is mainly primary processing of field crops.It is still a weak point in development of agricultural machinery in overall and whole development of agricultural machinery with high quality and high efficiency.Development history and present situation of primary processing of agricultural products,key points and characteristics of agricultural machinery system in developing agricultural products primary processing,and develop measures were discussed.It was suggested that agricultural machinery system should be divided into five modes to build small,convenient,economical and safe primary processing points of agricultural products that serve farmers and agricultural production.Agricultural machinery system should combine with resource advantages and adopt five modes to build small,convenient,economical and safe primary processing points of agricultural products that serve farmers and agricultural production.
