| 摘 要： | 根据北京林业大学公共分析测试中心在实验室管理方面的实践，探讨高校实验室做好管理的重要性和必要性，突出强调了实验室有关细节上管理的规范性。着重从岗位职责、固定资产、实验室安全和业务室的顺利运行环节入手，阐述了已通过CNAS/CMA的高校实验室高效运行方面的各项措施和规范性建设的具体内容。

| Abstract: | According to laboratory management practice of the Analysis and Testing Center，Beijing Forestry University，importance and necessity of college laboratories management were discussed，and standardization of management in related details of the laboratory was emphasized.Focusing on links of job responsibilities，fixed assets，laboratory safety，and smooth operation of business rooms，it was expounded that specific content of various measures and normative construction of efficient operation of college laboratories which had passed CNAS/CMA. |
