| 摘 要： | 麻疯树籽实是一种很有潜力的蛋白饲料资源,脱毒麻疯树种仁干物质中的粗蛋白含量高达60%。试验采用西门塔尔×鲁西黄牛杂交肉牛为瘤胃液固定供给动物,分别采用常规分析法和利用短期人工瘤胃发酵结合持续动态累积产气量记录技术评定麻疯树种仁粕的营养价值,为开发利用麻疯树资源作为蛋白质饲料提供参考。

| Abstract: | The seed of Jatropha curcas L. is a potential protein feed for animals and detoxified Jatropha curcas L. seed meal had a crude protein content of 60%.This study was conducted to evaluate effects of detoxification Jatropha seed meal on In-vitro rumen fermentation in a batch culture and cumulative gas production and routine analysis method by using rumen fluids of Simmental × Luxi yellow crossbred cattle.The result of this study provides reference data for development and utilization of Jatropha curcus resources as protein feed. |
