摘    要:目的]建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时检测水中5种微囊藻毒素(MC)的方法。方法]在流动相中加入甲酸,以亮氨酸-脑腓肽为内标,采用多反应监测模式(MRM)对5种MC进行定量检测。结果]5种MC的检出限均低于0.1μg/L,平均回收率在91.2%~101.6%。此方法用于太湖水样的检测,3个水样中1个样品检出了MC-LR,含量为0.2μg/L,低于WHO饮用水中MC-LR为1.0μg/L的控制标准。结论]该研究建立的高效液相色谱-串联质谱同时检测水中5种MC的方法灵敏度高、选择性好。

Simultaneous Determination of Five Microcystins in Water by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry
Abstract:Objective] A selective,reliable and rapid method for the simultaneous determination of five microcystins(MCs) concentration in water sample was developed using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).Method] Formic acid was added into the mobile phase to enhance the ionization efficiency.Leucine enkephalin was used to internal standard.Multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode was applied in quantification of five MCs.Result] Limits of detection(LOD) were lower than 0.1 μg/L for five MCs,and recoveries were in the range of 91.2%-101.6%.The developed approach was applied for the determination of the trace amounts of MCs in water samples of Taihu Lake in China.And MC-LR was detected in one of the three water samples,with the concentration being 0.2 μg/L,which was lower than the WHO guideline(1.0 μg/L) for MC-LR in drinking water.Conclusion] HPLC-MS/MS was a high efficient and rapid method for MC detection and analysis in water sample.
