| 摘 要： | 用金线莲无菌幼苗带腋芽的茎段进行继代增殖培养,经试验筛选出适宜的培养基分别是:继代增殖培养基Ar+6-BA 2.0mg·L-1+IBA 0.2mg·L-1+NAA 0.4mg·L-1+KT 0.5 mg·L-1+糖3%+AC 0.2%;壮苗培养基Ar+10%马铃薯+10%香蕉+糖3%+AC 0.2%;生根培养基Ar+IBA 0.5mg·L-1+NAA 0.5mg·L-1+糖2%+AC0.2%。生根炼苗时,移栽到腐殖土、河沙、珍珠岩比例为7∶2∶1的基质上,成活率达98%以上。

| Abstract: | The culture medium selection is carried out by asepsis stem segment with axilla bud of Anoectochusroxburghih.The culture mediums are made of Ar+6-BA 2.0mg*L-1+IBA 0.2mg*L-1+NAA 0.4mg*L-1+KT 0.5mg*L-1+3%sugar+0.2% AC for multiplication, Ar+10%potato+10%banana+3% sugar+0.2% AC to get strong seedling,Ar+IBA 0.5mg*L-1+NAA 0.5mg*L-1+2%sugar+0.2% AC for rootage.The surviving percentage of seedling is over 90%on the medium of 7 shares humus soil, 2 shares sand and 1 share perlite. |
