摘    要:针对黄浦江水源保护区农业种植现状,调查分析3种大田作物和25种瓜果蔬菜的施肥结构和养分盈余状况。结果表明:除少数作物钾肥或磷肥施用多于氮肥外,绝大部分作物施肥结构中以氮肥为主,配施磷、钾肥。不同作物肥料用量强度分析表明:氮肥用量强度明显高于磷钾肥用量强度,大田作物氮、磷、钾用量强度都处在相对较低的水平,明显低于大部分蔬菜作物。不同作物养分盈余状况各不相同,大田作物N用量处于稍有盈余状态,P用量稍有亏缺或基本平衡。大田作物氮、磷盈余指数低,环境效应好。蔬菜作物中除少数作物N、P稍有亏缺外,大部分作物N、P均处于较高或高盈余状态。大部分蔬菜、瓜果作物氮、磷盈余指数高,环境效益差。

Abstract:According to the situation of crop production in the Sanitary Zone of Huangpu River,the investigation was carried out on the composition of applied fertilizers and the nutrient balance state of 3 field crops and 25 vegetables and melons.It was found that the applied fertilizer was mainly N for most crops,and more P or K fertilizer than N fertilizer was applied only to a few crops.The amount of applied N fertilizer at a given time was obviously greater than that of applied P or K fertilizer.The intensity of N,P and K fertilizers applied to field crops was relatively low and obviously lower than that applied to most vegetables.The amount of N fertilizer applied to field crops was slightly surplus and the amount of P fertilizer applied to field crops was slightly deficient or basically balanced.The environmental effects were good for field crops due to low surplus indexes of N and P.Among vegetables only a few were slightly deficient in N and P,and most of them were much surplus in N and P.The environmental effects were poor for most vegetables and melons due to high surplus indexes of N and P.
