| 摘 要： | 将病毒dsRNA分析检测技术应用到果树病毒的诊断检测上熏并对生产中广泛发生的葡萄卷叶病病毒穴GLRV雪、葡萄扇叶病毒穴GFV雪进行了检测并确立检测标准,为今后葡萄病毒病的诊断检测奠定了良好的基础。同时,还对在葡萄上发生的一种黄边花叶病进行了研究,并获得了这种病毒的dsRNA,证实其为病毒侵染所致。

| Abstract: | The virus-infected grape with obvious symptoms was detected by indicator grafting,antiserum and double-stranded RNA(dsRNA)detection in Shihezi,XinJiang.The species was determined by systemic observation of symptom on infected plant.The dsRNA detection method and detection criterion for grape leaf-roll virus(GLrV)and grape fan-leaf virus(GFlV)were developed and provided a good foundation for application of this method in future.At the same time,a kind of virus exhibited yellow-edged and leaf mosaic on grape was investigated and obtained the special dsRNA profile.The result indicated that it was induced by infection of virus.In addition,satisfactory result was obtained while using dsRNA detection method on sampling at random in vinery in Shihezi. |
