| 摘 要： | 目的]为了研究小尾寒羊血红蛋白和酯酶多态性与多胎性之间的相关性。方法]采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对118只小尾寒羊的血红蛋白和酯酶多态性进行了分析,并对有产羔记录的2.5岁经产母羊在血红蛋白和酯酶位点上的多胎性进行了比较。结果]小尾寒羊在血红蛋白位点上的优势基因为HbB,基因频率为0.795;在酯酶位点上的优势基因为Es-,基因频率为0.598。在小尾寒羊产羔性状上,血红蛋白HbBB型和酯酶Es++型占优势,其中酯酶Es++型的产羔数显著高于其他基因型。结论]血红蛋白和酯酶多态性与多胎性之间的相关性,可作为小尾寒羊育种中的早期选择依据。

| Abstract: | The research aimed to study the correlation between hemoglobin(Hb) and esterase(Es) polymorphism and fecundity.Hb and Es polymorphism of 118 small-tailed han sheep were analyzed by vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,and the fecundity on Hb and Es loci of 2.5-year-old multiparous ewes with lambing records were compared.The dominant gene on Hb loci of small-tailed han sheep was HbB with gene frequency of 0.795 and that on Es loci was Es-with gene frequency of 0.598.On litter size traits of small-tailed han sheep,HbBB type of Hb and Es were predominant and the litter size of sheep with Es type was significantly higher than that of sheep with other genotype.The correlation between Hb and Es polymorphism and fecundity could be taken as early selection basis in the breeding of small-tailed sheep. |
