中国北方灌区水环境改善与管理

摘    要:改善灌区水环境,从根本上说,就是按环境良性发展的要求,保持水量的动态平衡,其标准就是要恰到好处地满足具有较高生产水平的耕地和非耕地的蒸腾蒸发量。这个具有较高生产水平的耕地蒸腾蒸发量和维持良好生态环境需要的非耕地蒸腾蒸发量,即被定义为农业用水量,其值为区域耕地和非耕地蒸腾蒸发量以面积为权重的加权平均值。以当地降雨量和区外来水量之和与农业用水量的对比关系,可以作为灌溉排水区划的依据,并用以指导工农业生产和水资源调配。

Abstract:The improvement of water environment in irrigated areas is to keep the dynamic balance of regional water according to the need for a good environment, with the standard of satisfying the exact evapo-transpiration of high-yielding cultivated land plus that of non-cultivated land. The evapo-transpiration is referred to as Agricultural Water Consumption (AWC)in the paper, whose value is weighted average by areas of evapo-transpivation from cultivated and non-cultivated land. The contrast relationship between the sum of local precipitation and water from other sources and AWC could be used as the basis of irrigation and dranage planning and guideline in water allocation for agricultural and industrial use.
