水稻白转绿光温敏核不育系W1的育种应用评价

摘    要:对采用辐射诱变获得的带有叶色白转绿特性的水稻光温敏核不育系“W1”的遗传及其生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明:该不育系的叶色白转绿特性是由1对隐性基因控制。“W1”除了具有叶色白转绿的特性,其他主要农艺性状及其育性转换特性都与原不育系“培矮64S”相似。利用“W1”组配出的杂交稻具有与原杂交稻相似的株叶形态和产量构成。

Abstract:Inheritance and main agronomic traits of photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line W1 with a greenable albino leaf was investigated. The results indicated that the greenable albino leaf was controlled by a single recessive gene.Except for the greenable albino leaf trait,W1 has similar agronomic trait and fertility characteristics to the corresponding male sterile line Peiai64S.The F1 hybrids of Peiai 64S and W1 crossed to a common male parent had similar plant type and yield components.
