摘    要:以盆栽沿阶草为材料,在密闭玻璃箱内探究不同因素对沿阶草释放负离子的影响。实验结果如下:(1)常态下,遮光处理是光照处理时负离子浓度的1.70倍,在施加电压刺激时,与光照处理相比,遮光处理负离子浓度降低45.86%。(2)在8 kV电压刺激条件下,6种类型土壤栽培的沿阶草释放的负离子浓度具有显著性差异,土壤更有利于沿阶草高效地释放负离子。(3)沿阶草经8 kV电场作用后,随着植物叶片气孔开合度的增大和气孔的密度减小,释放负离子的能力增强。

Abstract:The potted plant of Ophiopogon japonicus in sealed glass box was used as experiment material to study the effects of different factors on the germination of negative air ions. The results were as follows: (1)Under normal condition,the negative air ions concentrations of Ophiopogon japonicus under covering treatment was 1.70 times than that of under normal illumination. Compared with normal illumination by voltage stimulation,the negative ions concentrations of Ophiopogon japonicus under the covering treatment descended about 45.86%. (2)Under the condition of 8 kV high-voltage stimulation,there was significant difference in the negative air ions concentrations of Ophiopogon japonicus cultivated in six types of soil (P=O.O00〈O.O1),and loam was best medium for Ophiopogon japonicus to release negative ions efficiently. (3)After being treated by 8 kV high-voltage stimulation,the ability of Ophiopogon japonicus in potted soil to release negative ions improved with increase of plant stomata opening degree and decrease of stomata density.
