| 摘 要： | 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)的临床症状表现为母猪繁殖性能下降、不孕、流产等。感染猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)后病理及组织学变化往往不太典型，而且易与其它病原感染所引起的病理变化相混淆，给该病的诊断带来一定困难，因此，对于PRRSV的确诊有赖于实验室诊断，不同的诊断方法敏感性、特异性及成本方面存在差异,而现有的血清学方法无法区分疫苗抗体和野毒抗体。作者就PRRSV抗原或抗体的检测技术（如病毒分离、RT-PCR、免疫过氧化物酶技术、酶联免疫吸附试验等）的研究现状作一简单的概述。
