摘    要:为筛选能增强金佛山方竹种子萌发特性和幼苗生长阶段抗旱性的生长激素,以金佛山方竹种子为材料,选用吲哚丁酸(IBA)、萘乙酸(NAA)、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和赤霉素(GA3)等4种激素,分别设置6个质量浓度梯度对种子浸泡12 h,在15%聚乙二醇(PEG6000)胁迫模拟干旱下,测定金佛山方竹种子的发芽率、发芽势、苗高、根冠比、贮藏物质转化率、根长、根数、胚芽鞘长度等指标,并利用加权隶属函数评价其抗旱性。结果表明:在PEG6000胁迫下,不同质量浓度激素处理对金佛山方竹种苗抗旱性影响显著,NAA2、IBA3、IBA5处理的综合评价值较高,抗旱性较强,在干旱条件下均能增强金佛山方竹种苗的抗旱性;种子发芽率、发芽势、根数和胚芽鞘长度与综合评价值成极显著正相关,苗高与综合评价值显著正相关。因此,激素处理对金佛山方竹种苗抗旱性具有重要影响。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to select the best hormones for enhancing Chimonobambusa utilis germination charac-teristics and drought resistance during seedling growth stage.There were four kinds of hormones such as Indole butyric acid (IBA),Naphthalene acetic acid(NAA),6-Benzylamino adenine(6-BA)and Gibberellin(GA3)for experiment,and six contents were set and soaked in pure water under the control of 15% PEG6000 stress for 12 h.After the above treat-ment,the germination rate,germination potential,seedling height,root-shoot rate,storage transport rate,root length,root number and coleoptile length were measured,and the drought resistance was evaluated by weighted membership function. The seed germination rate, germination potential, root number and coleoptile length were positively correlated with the comprehensive evaluation value,and the seedling height was positively correlated with the comprehensive evaluation value.
