泰湖夏季浮游植物功能群特征及水质状况

摘    要:为研究泰湖浮游植物群落结构和水质状况,于2017年夏季采集了泰湖7个样点的水样,研究了泰湖国家湿地公园浮游植物的种类、生物量、多样性变化以及环境驱动因子。结果表明:共鉴定出泰湖浮游植物共7门71种,以硅藻和绿藻为主,优势种为普通等片藻(Diatoma vulgare)、梅尼小环藻(Cmeneghiniana firmosa)、美丽星杆藻(Asterionella formosa)、中型脆杆藻(Fragilaria intermedia)和卵形衣藻(Platymonas subcordiformis),可划分为11个功能群,优势功能群为MP、X1、C、P、X2。通过浮游植物功能群、生物量水平分布和多样性指数分析,发现泰湖水质为轻污-中污状态。RDA分析结果显示,影响泰湖浮游植物优势功能群变化的主要环境因子为透明度(SD)、浊度(Turb)、电导率(Cond)和总磷(TP),而总氮(TN)、氯离子(Cl-)等对浮游植物功能群影响较小。

Abstract:For the structure of phytoplankton community and water quality in the Tai Lake,we collected seven water samples in the Tai Lake in the summer of 2017,then we studied the species,biomass,diversity and environmental driving factors of phytoplankton.There are 7 divisions and 71 species of phytoplankton in lake tai,which are mainly composed of diatom and green algae, and Isopsis vulgaris(Diatoma vulgare), Cyclotella meneghiniana(Cmeneghiniana firmosa), Asterionella Formosa(Asterionella fo rmosa),Caryophyllum medium(Fragilaria intermedia)and Chlamydomonas ovata(Platymonas subcordiformis)are dominant sociales.Phytoplankton in the Tai Lake can be divided into 11 functional groups,which in-cluded MP,X1,C,P,and X2.Through the analysis of phytoplankton functional group,biomass level distribution and di-versity exponent,it was found that the water quality of the Tai Lake was in the light-to-moderate pollution state.By RDA a-nalysis,the main environmental factors affecting the change of dominant functional groups were transparency(SD), tur-bidity(Turb),conductivity(Cond)and total phosphorus concentration, while total nitrogen and chloride ions had little effect on phytoplankton functional groups.
