叶类物料湿法微细粉碎技术研究

摘    要:通过对叶类物料的特性分析,探讨了叶类物料粉碎最有效的机理,并对高剪切均质机和受控切割机对叶类物料的粉碎机理和效果进行了对比实验.研究结果表明:采用受控切割技术对叶类物料进行受控切割粉碎,叶类物料能够得到更有效的粉碎.实验证明,先用高剪切机进行粗粉碎再采用受控切割进行粉碎效果更好.这就为叶类物料湿法粉碎提供了理论依据和实验基础,同时也为叶类物料湿法粉碎机技术的进一步研究设计提供了依据.

Abstract:By characteristic analysis of the foliage,we probed into the most effective mechanism how to make the foliage pulverized.And contrast experiments haved also been maked of the comminuting mechanism and effect in a high-shear homogenizing set and a controlled cutting machine.The result shows that the foliage can be comminuted better in a controlled cutting machine and the foliage will be homogenized fully in a controlled cutting machine after rough comminution in a high-shear homogenizing set.All these supply theoretical and experimental foundation to the waterproof pulverization of the foliage and act as a references to further research and design of foliage waterproof pulverization.
