摘    要:随着中国油气管道建设步伐不断加快,基于互联网+、大数据、云计算等先进技术与油气管网创新融合的智慧管道建设,成为新形势下实现管道可视化、网络化、智能化管理的重要方法和途径。智慧管道建设首先要实现管道的智能感知,在感知层进行管道本体、关键设备、外界环境及维护资源等信息的全面感知,实现采集、处理及传输一体化,为管道运行决策提供可靠的数据基础。其次,是信息的网络化,在网络层将所有人、物及环境信息全部接入网络平台,实现信息流和资源流的统一。再次,是数据的标准化,在数据层对所有接入的数据进行清洗、转化及标记;在算法层采用人工智能算法对数据进行深度挖掘,抽取故障信息,预测运行状态,优化资源调配。最终,通过具体的业务平台实现"数据全面统一、感知交互可视、系统融合互连、供应精准匹配、运行智能高效、预测预警可控"的管道智能化运行目标。

Abstract:With the accelerating development of oil&gas pipeline construction in China,the intelligent pipeline construction which innovatively integrates oil&gas pipeline network with advanced technologies,such as internet+,big data and cloud computing,has become a important method and path to realize visualized,networked and intelligent management of pipelines under new situations.To construct intelligent oil&gas pipelines,the first step is to realize the intellisense of pipeline.In the perceptual layer,the pipeline itself,key equipment,environment,maintenance resources and other information are fully sensed,and acquisition,processing and transmission are integrated so as to provide a reliable data foundation for the decision of pipeline operation.The second step is the networking of information.In the network layer,all operators,objects and environment information are accessed to the network platform so as to realize the consistency of information flow and resource flow.The third step is the standardization of data.All data are cleaned,transformed and marked in the data layer.In the algorithm layer,data is deeply mined by means of artificial intelligence algorithm to extract fault information,predict operation state and optimize resource allocation.Finally,the targets of the intelligent pipeline operation is realized on the specific professional platform,including comprehensive and uniform data,interactive and visual perception,integrated and interconnected system,precise and matched supply,intelligent and efficient operation,and controllable prediction and prewarning.
