摘    要:对2台车用YJP-Q系列加热器性能进行了试验研究,分析了加热器配用不同喷油量油嘴时过量空气系数对性能的影响,及进水温度和水流量的影响,并测试了加热器进气调风板不同开度下的性能。由试验结果知:所试加热器最佳过量空气系数在1.35左右;随进水温度的升高,热功率和热效率下降;加热器水流量存在一可获得最大热功率的流量值;目前所用风扇供气量仅能满足喷油量较小的油嘴,对于油量较大的喷油嘴须提高风扇风压。

Abstract:Experimental researches on performance of two vehicle heaters of YJP-Q series are carried out.It analyses the effects of air excess factor on performance,inlet water temperature and water flow when the heater uses oil injectors with different oil injection quantities,and the performances are tested under different opening angle of inlet air board.Experiment results show:the best air excess factor is about 1.35;the heat power and heat efficiency descends with water temperature increasing;the water flow of heater has a point that can gain a max heat power;At present,air supply can only satisfy oil injectors with smaller oil injection quantities,we must increase the wind pressure for oil injectors with bigger oil injection quantities.
