钾肥和顶调剂对烤烟质体色素及其降解产物的影响

摘    要:以烤烟品种吉烟9号为材料,通过大田试验研究不同钾肥水平下烟株打顶后喷施顶调剂对烤烟质体色素及其降解产物含量和卷烟感官评吸的影响.结果表明,叶绿素总量在不同处理间的大小顺序为:T5T4T1T2T3T8T6T7T9,类胡萝卜素含量从高到低依次为:T5T1T6T2T8T4T3T9T7;叶绿素的降解产物新植二烯含量以T2和T5较高,T7最低,类胡萝卜素降解产物总量以T6、T4和T5较高,T9最低.在施钾量为219.15 kg/hm2水平下,喷施顶调剂2烤后烟叶挥发性香气物质总量最高,评吸结果表明,该处理烟叶杂气和刺激性小,香气质较纯净,香气量较足,余味较舒适,感官评吸质量最好.因此,施钾量为219.15 kg/hm2水平下,喷施顶调剂2可使延边烟区烤烟香气质量提高,为改善延边烟区烟叶质量奠定基础.

Effect of plant growth regulators and potassium fertilizer on chromoplast pigment and its degradation products in flue-cured tobacco

Abstract:Field experiments were carried out to study the effects of different plant growth regulators and potassium levels on chromoplast pigment and the degradation products of Jiyan 9.The results showed that the order for content of chlorophyll is T5〉T4〉T1〉T2〉T3〉T8〉T6〉T7〉T9,and the order for carotrnoid content is T5〉T1〉T6〉T2〉T8〉T4〉T3〉T9〉T7;T2 and T5 had the highest content of neophytadiene,T7 is lowest,while T6 and T4 and T5 had the highest content of decomposition products of carotenoid,T9 is lowest.The total neutral content is the highest with treating for spraying plant growth regulators 2 and potassium level of 219.15 kg/hm2.The comprehensive quality is obviously improved,having the characteristics of good aroma,full aroma quantity,small odor,moderate irritation and comfortable lingering.It suggested that spraying plant growth regulator 2 and potassium level of 219.15 kg/hm2 is the foundation for improving quality of flue-cured tobacco.
