假蒟甲醇提取物的抑制真菌作用

摘    要:目的]研究假蒟甲醇提取物对几种植物病原菌的抑制作用。方法]采用生长速率法测定假蒟叶甲醇提取物对香蕉炭疽病菌等9种植物病原真菌的生物活性。结果]假蒟叶甲醇提取物在2mg/ml的浓度下,对9种菌有一定的抑制率,对香蕉炭疽病菌、番木瓜炭疽病菌、香蕉枯萎病菌、西瓜蔓枯病菌的半数有效浓度(EC50)分别为0.7849,0.7663、0.8913、1.6425mg/ml。假蒟叶甲醇提取物的石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取组分对香蕉炭疽病菌和番木瓜炭疽病菌的活性表明,乙酸乙酯萃取物活性最高,抑制率分别为72.7%和88.3%。假蒟甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取物对香蕉炭疽病菌和番木瓜炭疽病菌的髓EC50分别为0.5692,0.5446mg/ml。结论]证实假蒟叶甲醇提取物中含有具有抑真菌活性的次生物质,该物质溶于石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇等有机溶剂。

Antifungal Activities of the Methanol Extract of Piper sarmentosum

Abstract:Objective] The inhibition of all methanol extracts from Piper sarmentosum against several plant pathogen was researched.Method] The biological activity of the methanol extract of Piper sarmentosum against 9 kinds of plant pathogens such as banana anthracnose was assayed with growth rate method.Results] The results showed that all methanol extracts at the concentration of 2 mg/ml displayed anti-fugal activity against 9 kinds of fungi.The effective concentration(EC50) of the methanol extract of the leafstalk against C.musae,C.papayae,F.f sp.Cubence and D.bryoniae was 0.784 9 mg/ml,0.766 3 mg/ml,0.891 3 mg/ml and 1.642 5 mg/ml,respectively.The methanol extract from the extraction method of ethyl acetate showed the highest anti-fugal activity against C.musae and C.papayae among three treatment methods of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate and n-butanol and its inhibitory rate was 72.7% and 88.3% and its EC50 was 0.569 2 mg/ml and 0.544 6 mg/ml,respectively.Conclusion] It was confirmed that there was the secondary material,which had fungicidal activity,in the methanol extract from Piper sarmentosum and the secondary material could be soluble in petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,butanol and other organic solvents.
