摘    要:试验研究了不同干燥方法对不同生育期苜蓿的营养成分及开花期样品的瘤胃降解率的影响。结果表明:(1)随着生育期的推进,CP和CA含量逐渐下降,NDF、ADF的含量逐渐增加,而WSC的含量开始增加,到现蕾期最高,后又减少;(2)干燥方法对WSC含量的影响极其显著(P<0.01),含量从高到低的顺序为:烘干、晒后烘干、晒干、阴干;(3)开花期样品OM和DM的降解率从高到低的排列为烘干、晒后烘干、晒干和阴干。

Abstract:The first-cut alfalfa were selected to study the effect of drying methods on the content in different bearing period and the rumen degradability of flowering stage. The results showed as follow:(1) With the grass growing,the content of CP and CA declined gradually,but contrary results appeared with NDF and ADF. The content of WSC increased in the beginning,and it reached the highest in bud stage, after this stage it declined.(2)The effects of dry methods on the content of WSC were significant(P < 0.01),and the order from high to low was oven-drying、oven-drying after sunshine、sunshine、shade.(3) The order of the OM and DM degradability of flowering stage samples from high to low was oven- drying、oven-drying after sunshine、sunshine、shade.
