杏鲍菇高产菌株的紫外线诱变选育

摘    要:目的]获得杏鲍菇高产菌株。方法]通过紫外诱变、单菌落分离、突变株选择、菌丝生长及出菇对比试验研究了杏鲍菇高产菌株的诱变育种技术。结果]将经紫外线照射处理的孢子悬液稀释,涂在平板培养基上,7 d后分离单菌落并两两配对。取镜检有锁状联合的菌株菌落与原始菌株做拮抗试验,得到了11株突变株。7号和11号菌株与其他菌株间有极显著差异,5号和10号菌株的生长速度显著高于原始菌株,2号菌株与对照菌株相比存在显著差异,其余菌株与原始菌株之间无显著差异。9个菌株的产量存在显著差异,其中5号和10号菌株的产量极显著高于原始菌株,分别提高了35%和34%。它们被命名为PL-5和PL-10。结论]经紫外线诱变选育的杏鲍菇菌株表现出良好的高产性能。
