高淀粉甘薯品种块根淀粉积累和产量特征研究

摘    要:目的]分析高淀粉甘薯品种的淀粉积累和产量特征。方法]以10个甘薯品种为供试材料,扦插后60d内,每20d每小区选取5株分别进行块根淀粉、直链淀粉和可溶性总糖含量的测定,收获期选取10株计算单株薯数和单株鲜重。结果]收获期,不同甘薯品种间产量和块根碳水化合物含量的差异明显,产量变幅为6.2×10^3-20.7×10^3kg/hm^2,淀粉含量的变幅为46.0%~73.3%,块根直链淀粉含量的变幅为10.9%~17.2%,可溶性总糖的变幅为11.2%~20.2%。甘薯在生长发育过程中块根淀粉含量和直链淀粉含量均呈持续增高的趋势,块根可溶性总糖含量呈先上升后下降再上升的趋势。结论]可溶性总糖含量、直链淀粉与淀粉积累密切相关,产量和干率与淀粉含量呈极显著正相关性,基因型是影响淀粉含量的关键因素。

Studies on the Characteristics of Starch Accumulation and Yield in the Root Tubers of High-starch Sweet Potato Varieties

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to analyze the characteristics of starch accumulation and yield in the root tuber of high-starch sweet potato varieties.Method] With 10 sweet potato varieties as the tested materials,5 plants of seedlings from each plot were measured for the contents of starch,amylose starch and total soluble sugar in storage roots in interval of 20 d within their cutting for 60 d and 10 plants from each plot were counted for potato number per plant and fresh weight per plant in harvest stage.Result] There were obvious differences between yield and starch content of storage roots in different species in harvest stage,with the yield variation of 6.2×103-20.7×103 kg/hm2,the starch content variation of 46.0%-73.3%,the amylose content variation of 10.9%-17.2% and the total soluble sugar content variation of 11.2%-20.2%.The starch content and amylose content in storage roots during the growth period showed an ascendant trend,the total soluble sugar content in storage roots showed a trend of first rise,then fall and reascending.Conclusion] The starch accumulation was closely related with the amylose content and total soluble sugar content in storage roots of the sweet potato,the yield and dry matter content showed extremely significant positive correlation with the starch content and the key factor that affected the starch content was the genotype.
