人工栽培大叶千斤拔总黄酮含量的动态变化研究

摘    要:目的探讨人工栽培大叶千斤拔药材的最佳采收期。方法采用紫外-分光光度法测定不同采收期根和茎中总黄酮含量的动态变化,样品用95%乙醇超声提取3次,每次50 min,以芦丁为对照品,测定波长为510 nm。结果人工栽培大叶千斤拔根中总黄酮含量高于茎中的含量,根中的含量较高,且含量比较稳定,茎中含量随着生育期延长逐步增加。结论大叶千斤拔以植株落叶进入休眠期为药材最佳采收期。

Research on changes of total flavonoids content in cultivated Flemingia macrophylla(willd.) Prain

Abstract:Objective To determine the optimum harvest time of the cultivated Flemingia macrophylla (Willd.) Prain. Method Using 95% ethanol ultrasound extraction for three times,once 50 minutes, rutin as reference substance, measured wavelength is 510 nm, the dynamic changes of total flavonoids in trunk and root with different harvest time is tested by UV spectrophotometry. Result Total flavonolds contents of cultivated Flemingia macrophylla(Willd.) Prain in root is more than trunk, total flavonoids content is always high and steady in root, and the content of total flavonoids in trunk is gradually increased as the extent of growth season.Conclusion The optimum harvest time plant defoliation and enters dormancy
