| 摘 要： | 我国是果梅的原产地 ,又是世界上适合生产果梅地域最广的国家。梅果和它的系列加工品 ,如梅汁、梅酒、梅酱、话梅、糖青梅等都是对人体健康有益的保健食品。在我国发展果梅产业具有优越的条件。当前 ,在我国南方丘陵地区果梅产地创建以梅果系列产品为主的现代化食品加工厂 ,将产品广泛销售到国内外市场 ,是一项有希望的产业 ,也可使我国的果梅产业得到稳定持续的发展。

| Abstract: | China is the origin country of Mei(Prunus mume),and has the most extensive district suitable for Mei fruit production in the world.Mei fruit and all its processing food series, such as Mei juice, Mei wine, Mei jam,hua Mei,syrup green Mei,etc.have been named“health-protection food". There are favorable conditions for developing Mei fruit industry in China.Nowadays, it is a good prospective industry to establish mordern food processing factories in the Mei fruit production region in the hilly districts of south China,for as major products, Mei fruits could be sold in domestic and foreign markets.Thus,the Mei fruit industry of our country could be developed steadily and continuously. |
