| 摘 要： | 我们在崇安黄土农场和本院牧场,引用肉用公牛冷冻颗粒精液人工授精改良本地黄牛。在1979年10月1日至1980年9月30日这一繁殖年度中,“冷配三率”分别达到91.58%、86.21%和93.18%的成绩。同时对本地黄牛的若干繁殖规律和影响因素进行了观察研究。我们提高“冷配三率”的主要做法是:第一、将可繁殖母牛编群、分点饲养,而后每30头左右预配母牛群放入一头试情公牛。在“冷配”之前,对可繁殖母牛进行全面检查分析,建立详细档案记录。第二、根据本地黄牛繁殖规律,建立报情制度,及时准确鉴定母牛发情,防止漏配误配,对发情后期母牛适时输精。第三、根据膘情、哺乳、季节等因素对繁殖机能的影响采取相应措施,对母牛增膘复壮,犊牛适时断乳和做好本地黄牛繁殖机能最旺盛季节的配种工作。第四、对乏情和难孕母牛适当应用垂体促性腺激素和抗菌素治疗,提高发情受胎效率。第五、严格执行冷冻精液人工授精操作规程,做好无菌操作和保证冻精质量,熟炼掌握直肠把握子宫茎输精技术。

A PRELIMINARY STUDY OF ENHANCING“THE THREE RATES”OF INSEMINATION IN THE NATIVE COW WITH FROZEN SEMEN |

| Abstract: | From October 1,1979 to September 30,1980,we employed artificilly insemination with the frozen semen of feedlot oxen to the native cattle at Huangtu farm of Chongan and Fujian Agricultural college.The fair results of breeding rate,conception rate and survival rate of calves acquired are 91.58,86.21 and 93.18 percents respectively.Observations and investigations on rules governing reproductive fertility and their affecting factors on native cows have been made also at the same time. Our experince in finding actual oestrus in order to make insemination in proper time was to employ a teasing ox in a herd of some 30 cows to check whether the cows were in heat.Prior to the adjustment of insemination the cows were well fed and carefully tended.After given birth,the calves were weaned at the right time.Planned breeding was conducted and LH or HCG and antibiotics were employed to treat the anestrus of cow and repro- ductive-breeder.In order to enhance the conception rate,skill and strictness were closely followed in the operation of artificial insemination. |
