摘    要:以外生菌根菌、内生菌根菌、固氮菌作不同组合接种甘蔗幼苗,半灭菌盆栽管理.结果表明.以内生菌根菌接种处理的VA菌根菌侵染率最高;外生菌根菌、内生菌根菌和固氮菌联合三接种处理,促进甘蔗根点发生,根系发达,植株生长良好.切片观察到甘蔗菌根内除了受到内生菌根菌侵染外,也有一定程度的外生菌根菌侵染.

Abstract:Sugarcane seedlings were preinoculated with Glomus mosseae, Calvatia lilacina and Azotobacter sp.and transplanted to the semi-sterilized soil of pots.The results indicated that the biggest VAM infection percentage in roots was found in the treatment preinculated with G. mosseae, and the combinative preinoculation with G. mosseae,C. lilacina and Azotobacter sp.promoted the occurence and developments of roots to make the plant grow best.Section observations showed that the root cells were infected by G.mosseae and C.lilacina.
