AB-8大孔树脂分离纯化爵床总黄酮的研究

摘    要:用AB-8大孔吸附树脂对爵床总黄酮进行分离纯化.结果表明,静态分离纯化的最佳工艺参数为提取液中总黄酮量在2.0~3.5 mg/mL范围,AB-8树脂与提取液以1:20(W/V)的比例,于25℃,在酸性或碱性的条件下恒温振荡24h后,用90%的乙醇洗脱.此条件下总黄酮的得率可达38.24%.动态分离纯化的最佳工艺参数为流速1.0mL/min,粗提液中总黄酮量在1.5~2.5 mg/mL范围,在pH值为2的条件下总黄酮的得率为42.72%.

Abstract:The extraction and purification of the flavonoid from acanthaceae was studied by AB-8 resin.The results showed that the effect of dynamic purification of acanthaceae was better than the static purification.The best process parameters for dynandc isolation and pufification were as follows:flow rate Was 1mL/min,flavonoid contents of crude extract were 1.5~2.5mg/mL,pH was 2,the purification yield was 42.72%.
