大气CO2摩尔分数升高对宁夏枸杞植株与土壤C、N分配的影响

摘    要:采用开顶气室控制试验环境,将1年生宁夏枸杞苗木置于大气环境CO2摩尔分数(360μmol.mol-1)或倍增CO2摩尔分数(720μmol.mol-1)下生长,试验处理2个生长季节后,测定植株C、N质量分数,研究大气CO2摩尔分数升高对木本经济植物C、N营养的影响,结果表明:枸杞叶、根中有机碳质量分数大于枝的,叶的全氮质量分数大于枝、根的;大气CO2摩尔分数升高下枸杞植株根茎叶及栽培表层土壤中有机碳、全氮质量分数与对照没有显著差异,而根系分布层(40 cm≤H<60 cm)有机碳、全氮质量分数高于对照的。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effects of elevated CO2 concentration on carbon and nitrogen contents in Lycium barbarum.The L.barbarum seedlings were exposed to either ambient CO2 concentration(350±20μmol·mol-1) or elevated CO2 concentration(700±20μmol·mol-1) in open top chambers.Carbon and nitrogen contents in leaf,stem,and root of L.barbarum seedlings and in the planting soil were tested after two growing seasons.Result showed that the organic carbon content in leaf and root was greater than that in stem,and the total nitrogen content in leaf was greater than that in stem and root.Elevated CO2 concentration had no significant effect on the organic carbon content and total nitrogen content in leaf,stem,root and top soil,but increased the contents of organic carbon and total nitrogen in 40-60cm soil layer which is just the root distribution depth for L.barbarum seedlings.
