无土栽培系统果菜类根际疫霉菌简易离体检测技术研究

摘    要:经3年研究建立了一套用离体植物器官检测无土栽培系统中果菜类根际疫霉菌的简易方法,应用该方法检测120份营养液。其结果与实际符合率达到96.7%以上。经研究确定了该方法较合适的供测离体植物器官、取样量及较适的检测温度、光照等环境条件,并应用疫霉菌的静止子测定了该方法的灵敏度,最低可检测浓度为1×10

Abstract:A series of inspection technique by plant organ in vitro test for phytophthora were established in a 3-year study.With the mehtod 120 samples of nutrient solution were successful inoculated onto crisp eggplant in vitro and produced lesious and hyphase and zoosporangia.Suitable plant organ for in vitro test,sample amount,temperature and other conditions were determined.The lowest concen tration of cystospore is 1×103 cells/ml,Compared with other mehtods,this method was more directly perceived on screen,more handy and simple,more stable and practical et al.
