| 摘 要： | 以翡翠珠腋芽为实验材料,研究了翡翠珠组织培养的适宜条件。试验表明,翡翠珠的最佳继代培养基为MS＋6-BA 0.5 mg/L＋KT 1.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.02 mg/L,增殖系数达5.37倍;最适生根培养基为WPM＋IBA0.1mg/L,生根率达54.6%。

| Abstract: | By using axillary bud of Senecio rowleyanus Jacobsen as material,the experiment was made to find out the best culture process and the proper culture medium.The technical system of tissue culture for propagation was established.The results show that the optimal subculture medium is MS 6-BA 0.5 mg/L KT 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.02 mg/L,the multiplication rate clumps is 5.37.The best rooting medium is WPM IBA 0.1mg/L,and the rooting rate is up to 54.6%. |
