| Abstract: | The research advances in the tissue culture of pineapple were reviewed briefly in this paper,mainly including the kinds of explant,medium and hormone.At present,the successful genetic transformation methods for pineapple were microprojectile bombardment and Agrobacterium-mediated transformation,and they were summarized.The present existent problems and future development of pineapple genetic transformation research were also discussed. |
