| 摘 要： | 物业管理已是很常见的行业，但是现状却表现出矛盾重重。人本管理不但考虑人力资本，还考虑人的需要得不到满足时的动机和驱动力。通过“人本管理”来调动人的积极性，一方面使员工的积极性、主动性和创造性在实际的管理、交往和沟通中充分释放；另一方面，针对业主的不同需求，采取不同的服务方式，提高业主对物业管理的理解和支持，使双方的矛盾冲突减少，使物业管理成为业主和管理企业“双赢”发展的好局面。
