| 摘 要： | 为了解云南省西双版纳州猪感染弓形虫病的情况，本调查从云南省西双版纳州所属的3个县级市，即景洪市、勐海县、勐腊县共采集猪血样711份，包括农村散养猪血样680份，屠宰场猪血样31份。采用间接血凝试验（IHA）检测弓形虫抗体，被检血清抗体滴度大于或等于1∶64判为阳性。结果显示，有174份血清为弓形虫阳性，平均阳性率为24.47%。调查数据表明，西双版纳州猪弓形虫病感染率较高，需要进一步加强对该病的防控措施。

| Abstract: | The seroprevalence of toxoplasmosis in pigs was investigated of Xishuangbanna state in Yunnan province.711 serum samples were collected from Jinghong, Menghai and Mengla, which included 680 rural “free-range” pigs samples and 31 slaughterhouses samples, and the Toxoplasma gondii antibodies were detected by indirect haemagglutination (IHA), the test was considered positive when a layer of agglutinated erythrocytes were formed in wells at dilutions of 1∶64 or higher. The results showed that 174 serums were positive, and the seroprecalence was 24.47%. The data of the present survey indicated that pig infection with T. gondii was serious in Xishuangbanna state, it was necessary to enhance integrated strategies and measures to prevent and control T. gondii infection in pigs. |
