锂电池组新型分层均衡控制策略

摘    要:串联的单体电池在工作过程中会表现出不一致性,单体电池的不一致性会影响电池的使用性能和寿命,根据这个问题,设计提出了一种新型均衡控制策略。该控制策略把电池组分为2层,分别为底层和顶层,底层和顶层使用不同的控制策略,且底层和顶层控制策略是相互独立的。底层为多电平桥臂电路和单体电池并联的方式,顶层是以电感作为能量转移载体的均衡方式。最后用MATLAB搭建仿环境,用仿真验证新型控制策略的有效性。

Abstract:The single cells in series will show inconsistency during the working process.The inconsistency of the single cells will affect the performance and life of the battery.This paper proposes a new equalization control strategy based on this problem.Divided into two layers,the bottom layer and the top layer,the bottom layer and the top layer use different control strategies,and the bottom and top level control strategies are independent of each other.The bottom layer is a multi-level bridge arm circuit and a single battery in parallel,and the top layer is an equalization mode in which the inductor is used as an energy transfer carrier.Finally,MATLAB is used to build an imitation environment,and the effectiveness of the new control strategy is verified by simulation.
