摘    要:重载列车纵向冲动过大成为进一步提升列车载重的掣肘,由于传统空气制动不能满足当前重载列车的发展,国外ECP制动系统与我国现有车辆不兼容。故此提出一种与我国现有车辆完全兼容的电空制动系统,该制动系统既能适应我国货物列车发展现状,又能缓解列车纵向冲动。通过使用某仿真程序计算了当列车管存在压强梯度时,采用电空制动系统对列车纵向冲动影响。结果表明,当万吨列车采用电空制动系统进行全制动时,首尾车列车管压强梯度越大,对纵向冲动减小效果越弱,且压强梯度对列车电空随机制动时,纵向冲动影响比电空顺序时大。首尾车列车管压强梯度每增大10 kPa,尾车制动缸平衡压强降低大约8 kPa,但对首车制动缸平衡压强没有影响。

Abstract:The excessive longitudinal impulse of heavy haul train has become the obstacle to further improve the train load.Because the traditional air braking can’t meet the current development of heavy haul train,the ECP braking system abroad isn’t compatible with the existing vehicles in China.This paper presents an electric pneumatic braking system which is fully compatible with the existing vehicles in China.The braking system can not only adapt to the development of freight trains in China,but also alleviate the longitudinal impulse of trains.The influence of electric pneumatic braking system on the longitudinal impulse of train is calculated by simulation program when there is pressure gradient in the train pipe.The results show that the greater the pressure gradient of the first and the last train pipes,the weaker the effect of reducing the longitudinal impulse when the full brake system is used,and the greater the effect of pressure gradient on the longitudinal impulse when the train is braked randomly than when the electric air sequence is used.For every 10 kPa increase in the pressure gradient of the first and rear train pipes,the balance pressure of the brake cylinder of the rear train decreases about 8 kPa,but it has no effect on the balance pressure of the brake cylinder of the first train.
