高压共轨柴油机ECU硬件设计关键技术研究

摘    要:以典型高压共轨柴油机ECU为研究对象,通过对高压共轨柴油机输入输出的传感器信号、执行器功率进行需求分析,对硬件电路采用模块化设计。根据ECU的硬件需求确定微控制器的选型原则,提供了电源模块电路的设计思路;将发动机信号按照模拟、脉冲和开关3种类别分别设计典型的信号处理电路;采用常用的peak&hold电流驱动方式设计喷油器的驱动电路;基于BTN7960芯片设计了燃油计量单元驱动电路;设计了采用CAN接口的通信模块电路。对高压共轨柴油机ECU硬件的开发流程进行分析和综述。

Abstract:Taking high-pressure common-rail diesel engine ECU as research object,the input and output sensor signal and actuator power of high-voltage common-rail diesel engine are analyzed,and modular design is adopted for hardware circuit.The selection principle of microcontroller is determined,and the design idea of power module circuit is provided by the ECU hardware requirement.A typical signal processing circuit is designed according to three categories of engine signal:analog,pulse and switch;the driving circuit of injector is designed using the common peak&hold current drive mode;a fuel metering unit drive circuit based on BTN7960 chip is designed;a communication module circuit with CAN interface is designed.The development process of ECU hardware high-pressure common-rail diesel engine is analyzed and reviewed.
