基于图像处理的工业生产手机屏幕裂纹检测

摘    要:针对工业生产手机屏幕中的裂纹缺陷问题,提出了一种基于图像处理的手机裂纹缺陷检测方法,通过工业CCD相机采集图像,获得手机屏幕缺陷图像,运用图像预处理,边缘增强,图像分割的图像算法得到二值图像,对裂纹缺陷进行特征分析。最后去除瑕疵干扰,并与标准模板匹配,得到缺陷,并由缺陷特征分析得出裂纹缺陷。实验结果表明,这种检测方法速度快,检测精度高。

Abstract:Aiming at the crack defect problem in the industrial production mobile phone screen,a method of mobile phone crack defect detection based on image processing is proposed.The image of mobile phone screen defect is obtained through image acquisition of industrial CCD camera.The binary image is obtained by image preprocessing,edge enhancement and image segmentation,and the characteristics of crack defects are analyzed.Finally,the interference of defects is removed and matched with the standard template to obtain the defects,and the crack defects are obtained from the defect characteristics analysis.The experimental results show that this method is fast and accurate.
