摘    要:为促进企业信息化发展,本文从企业ERP系统中河蟹生产管理数据的角度,介绍ERP系统在河蟹质量安全溯源中的初步应用,并对河蟹养殖模式和效益进行了分析。研究以不同扣蟹规格以及不同蟹种来源的数据作为两种选择变量,对4组不同养殖模式的成蟹生长状况、饵料系数以及成本和效益进行比较。结果显示,“诺亚1号”蟹苗中,大规格效益最高(A组),普通规格产量最高(B组),小规格增重率最高(C组);“长江蟹苗”养殖模式在以上三方面均占劣势(D组),各模式均接近80%存活率。因此,本研究结果可服务于企业开发和优化质量追溯系统,以及进行更细致的养殖模式探索和优良苗种的研发工作。

Analysis of crab culture model and benefit based on ERP system data
Abstract:In order to promote the development of enterprise informatization, this paper introduces the application prospect of ERP system in quality and safety traceability of river crab from the perspective of crab production management data in enterprise ERP system, and analyzes the crab breeding mode and benefit. In this study, the growth status, feed coefficient, cost and benefit of four groups of different culture models were compared by using the data of different crab size and different crab species as two selection variables. The results showed that among the "Noah No.1" crab model, the large size crab model had the highest benefit (group A), the highest yield of common size (group B), and the highest weight gain rate of small size (Group C); the "Yangtze river crab fry" culture mode was inferior in the above three aspects (Group D), and the survival rate of each mode was close to 80%. Therefore, ERP system can be used as the quality and safety traceability infrastructure of enterprises, and provide reference for enterprises to make master production plan.
