基于OptiStruct的仪表板横梁模态分析及轻量化

摘    要:利用OptiStruct的尺寸和形状优化方法,对某车型的仪表板横梁的厚度和管状横梁的形状进行优化设计,保证一阶垂向模态和一阶侧向模态性能的同时,进行最大化减重。结果表明,仪表板横梁总共横梁减重1.445 kg,减重百分比为19.3%,实现了轻量化设计。

Abstract:By utilizing the size and shape optimization method of OptiStruct,the thickness of the cross car beam and the shape of the tubular beam are optimized to ensure the performance of the first order vertical modal and the first order lateral modal,while maximizing the weight reduction.The results show that the weight reduction of cross car beam is 1.445 kg,and the reduction percentage is 19.3%.
