摘    要:为研究涡流管冷端扩压管锥角对其性能的影响,进一步优化涡流管的结构参数,基于SolidWorks建立三维模型,利用软件Fluent,采用Standard k-ε湍流模型模拟涡流管管内气体流场,得到锥角5°,10°,15°,20°下冷端管的压力、速度、温度云图,当锥角大于15°时,分离效率开始下降,且冷端出口温度随着锥角增大逐渐升高,涡流管锥角不宜超过15°。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the cone angle of the cold end diffuser on the performance of the vortex tube,and further optimize the structure parameters of the vortex tube,a three-dimensional model is established based on SolidWorks,and the standard k-εturbulence model is used to simulate the gas flow field in the vortex tube by using the software Fluent.The pressure,velocity and temperature nephogram of the cold end tube at the cone angle of 5°,10°,15°and 20°are obtained.When the cone angle is greater than 15°,the separation effect starts to decrease.The cold end outlet temperature increases with the increase of cone angle,and the cone angle of vortex tube should not exceed 15°.
