| Abstract: | In this paper,the problem about effective stress concentration factor of Chains plate wasstudied deeply and systematically by means of finite element theoretical calculation,photoe-lastic test and bunching fatigue test.Theoretical stress concentration factor bears no relationwith pitch and load,but has relation with width of chain plate.Effective stress concentrationfactor obeys to normal distribution.The conclusion of this paper may be served as significantbasic date of chains fatigue reliability design. |
