| 摘 要： | 将1日龄健康雌性雏鸡2400只随机均分成3组,对照组饲喂基础日粮(含硒量为0.104ppm),补硒Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组在饲喂基础日粮的同时分别添加0.2ppm 和0.4ppm 的亚硒酸钠性硒。试验持续52天。结果表明:两个补硒组雏鸡的平均体重、血硒水平、血液谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和血清 IgG 水平均显著地高于对照组;在 N-79型疫苗接种后10天,血清新城疫 HI 抗体滴度试验组较对照组有上升的趋势;两个补硒组雏鸡的总死亡率和传染性法氏囊病死亡率均显著地低于对照组,补硒组之间则差异不显著。相关分析表明,血液 GSH-Px 活性与血硒水平呈高度正相关(r=0.7427,n=60)。

| Abstract: | 2 400 1-day-old female chickens were randomly divided into 3 groups and respectivelyfed a basal diet containing 0.104ppm selenium supplemented with 0,0.2 and 0.4ppmselenium as sodium selenite for 52 days.The experiment indicated that the mean weightgain,selenium levels and GSH-Px activities in blood and IgG levels in serum weresignificantly increased by adding 0.2 or 0.4ppm selenium to diets.The HI antibody titers toNewcastle Disease had an increasing trend in the chickens with added selenium in 10 days af-ter inoculating N-79 Vaccine of the disease.The total mortality and the mortality from IBDwere significantly decreased in the groups of feed added selenium.All indexs above were notsignificantly changed between the groups added selenium. The results suggested that the basaldiet containing 0.1 ppm selenium supplemented with 0.2 ppm selenium be adequate for chick-ens. |
