摘    要:影响大白菜游离小孢子培养的因素主要有遗传基因、温度和培养基,遗传基因对小孢子培养起着决定性的作用,低温预处理花蕾可明显提高小孢子胚状体的诱导率,高温预培养能促进胚状体诱导,NLN-13液体培养基中添加谷氨酰胺、谷胱甘肽、L-丝氨酸可明显促进小孢子胚状体形成.

Abstract:Genotype, temperature and medium have principal influence on isolated sporule culture of Chinese cabbage. Genotype plays the most important role. Pretreatment of bud under low temperature may increase induction percent of embryoid evidently and pre-culture under high temperature could improve the induction of embryoid. Glutamine, glutathione and serine contained can accelerate formation of sporule embryoid in NLN-13 liquid culture medium.
