| 摘 要： | 长期以来,由于人们对农药知识认识不足,使用不规范,使得农产品中的农药残留量较高,存在较大的安全隐患,严重影响了人们的健康。为了保障人们的生命健康,农药残留检测技术应运而生。该文对农药残留检测技术中的色谱法、质谱法、超临界流体色谱法、毛细管电泳色谱法、酶抑制法、酶联免疫法进行了概述。

| Abstract: | Because people has long been an unreasonable application of pesticides,making pesticide residues in agri?cultural products growing,seriously affecting people's health. In order to protect people's lives and health,pesticide detection technology emerges. This article from the pesticide residue detection technology of chromatography ,mass spectrometry,supercritical fluid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis chromatography,enzyme inhibition,en?zyme-linked immunoassay were summarized. |
