| Abstract: | Through the research on the bankrupt phenomenon of Korean companies in Chinese market, reasons of failure investment were analyzed from the aspects of investment environmental changes in China, investment strategy of the Korean companies and so on. Corresponding countermeasures were put forward such as enforcing localization, choosing best investment areas and taking sole investment. |
