摘    要:利用日光温室进行葡萄试管苗微型茎段扦插的扩繁方法,是生物技术领域的1项创新,取代了传统的组培培养室继代生产扩繁模式,实现了常规条件下的扩繁生产。简述了葡萄试管苗日光温室微型扦插扩繁技术,并将利用该技术扩繁的小苗与传统培养的小苗在生长特性及抗病性方面进行了比较,还比较了该技术与传统技术的扩繁效率。结果表明:该技术提高了扩繁增殖效率2~3倍,大大降低了生产成本;生产扩繁的幼苗健壮,株型紧凑,叶片浓绿,抗病性强,外移成活率高。为今后生物技术领域大规模组培扩繁、生产开发,探索了1条实用化较强的技术途径。

Abstract:The micro-cutting propagation technology of grape plantlet in vitro in solar greenhouse was an innovation in biotechnology field,which replaced the traditional subculture propagation in tissue culture works,and realized the propagation under conventional conditions.The micro-cutting propagation technology of grape plantlet in vitro in solar greenhouse was briefly introduced.The growth characteristics and diseases resistances of plantlet in vitro and propagation efficiency of micro-cutting propagation technology and traditional technology were compared.The results showed that this new method reduced greatly production cost,improved propagation efficiency and had much virtue,such as stronger seedling,compact plant type,dark green leaves,strong disease resistance and high transplanting survival rate.This technique provided a practical approaches to the big scale clone propagation and production development in biotechnology.
