摘    要:为了寻找影响规模化养猪场沼气工程经济效益的敏感因素,推进规模化养猪场沼气工程发展政策的顺利实施,基于敏感性分析方法,以建瓯市健华猪业有限公司青州养殖场为例对规模化养猪场沼气工程的经济效益进行评价。结果表明:规模化养猪场沼气工程的经济效益对政府补贴以及沼气、沼液和沼渣的利用率变动较敏感,应通过提高沼气工程项目副产品的利用率以及加大财政政策扶持力度等手段推进规模化养猪场沼气工程的持续健康发展。

Abstract:In order to find the sensitive economic factors that affect large-scale pig farm biogas projects to promote the smooth implementation of development policies for the large-scale pig farm biogas projects,the paper based on sensitivity analysis methods and makes economic benefits evaluation to large-scale pig farm biogas project,take Jian ou Jian Hua Co.,Ltd.Qingzhou pig farm as an example.The results showed that: the economic benefits of large-scale pig farm biogas projects is sensitive to government subsidies,as well as the the utilization of biogas,biogas slurry and residue,which should be adopted to improve the utilization of by-product of biogas projects,as well as increasing the intensity by means of fiscal policy to support large-scale pig farm biogas projects to promote the sustained and healthy development.
