摘    要:粮食烘干车间通风除尘问题,因其环境温度低,粉尘浓度高和相对湿度大的特殊性和复杂性,用常规的技术方法难以解决。根据其特殊性、以成熟理论为基础,通过两年之久的实验研究,总结出了合理提高风速,选定适当风量,采用辅助电加热保温等一套行之有效的措施。收到了较好的效果,并在实验研究过程中推导和总结出了有实用价值的计算公式和计算方法。

Abstract:It is very difficult to solve the problems of ventilation and dust cleaning in the grain-drying workshop for its lower ambience temperature, higher dust concentration and relative humdity.After extentive study and experiment for more than two years, we Sum up some effective practices, including reasonably increasing air speed, choosing suitable air volume and adopting attached electric-equipment for heating, and obtain some helpful calculative methods and formulas.
