| Abstract: | This survey report is the result of an investigation on the hydrophyte and hygrophyte resources in rivers, lakes, swamps, shallow waters on the fringes of reservoirs in Shannan prefecture of Tibet. Based on the survey and from a consideration of maintaining the local ecosystem, some suggestions were made for rational utilisation of the resources. |
