摘    要:为了更有效地采取效应带改造措施对低效林进行改造,针对效应带改造的各个环节,采用系统工程分析方法,在系统论、信息论和控制论的基础上,构建效应带改造的过程系统,即“清林-整地-造林”,并对每一个过程进行详细研究,提出各过程的输入、输出以及输入转化为输出的“技术系统”。结合效应带改造工程实践,重点分析每个过程的输入经技术系统转化后对输出的影响效应。这些分析应用于工程践中,将大大提高效应带改造的效果,恢复重建生态系统的群落结构。

Abstract:In order to improve low efficiency stands more effectively by improving effect belt, in view of each link involved in effect belt improvement,using analytic methods of system engineering,a process system of effect belt improvement is constructed based on system theory, i.e. forest clearance-soil preparation-afforestation, with each process studied in detail and a "technology system"concerning input, output and the conversion of input to output of each process presented. On the basis of effect belt improvement related engineering practice, the effect of the input of each process being converted into output via the technology system is emphatically analyzed. The application of the above analysis in engineering practice will considerately improve the effectiveness of effect belt improvement and restore the community structure of the ecosystem.
